Role Description: As a Freelancer Motion Designer/Editor at Cronbay Technologies, you will create and edit engaging motion graphics and video content for digital campaigns, social media, and brand communications. You will collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to interpret briefs, develop visual concepts, and deliver high-quality animations and edits that support strategic goals. Daily tasks include designing storyboards, animating graphics, synchronising audio, refining visual effects, and preparing content for various digital platforms while adhering to brand guidelines and deadlines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring active participation in team meetings, feedback sessions, and production workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in motion design and video editing using industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Ability to develop storyboards, visual concepts, and animations that align with brand and campaign objectives.
• Experience optimising video and motion content for digital platforms, including social media and web.
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, colour theory, pacing, and audio-visual synchronisation.
• Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, video edits, and creative problem-solving for marketing or branding projects.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant education in design, animation, media, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
