Audio Content Creator & Producer - Arré Voice Tamil

Location: Chennai (Preferred) / Hybrid

At Arré Voice, we're building the future of audio-first social media. We believe voice deserves its own creators, formats and culture—not just podcasts or voice notes.

We're looking for someone who wakes up with ideas, thinks in stories, and believes audio can be just as entertaining as video.

If you're constantly noticing funny conversations, interesting people, viral trends, or everyday moments that could become great audio content, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do

• Create original Tamil-first audio content that people actually want to listen to.
• Experiment with new voice formats, recurring series and creator ideas.
• Write scripts that sound natural—not like they're being read.
• Package ideas into engaging formats for short-form audio.
• Keep a pulse on Tamil internet culture, memes, cinema, creators and trends.
• Collaborate with creators, voice artists and the product team to bring ideas to life.
• Help shape what great audio content should look and sound like.
• Jump behind the mic yourself if the idea demands it.
• Be constantly experimenting. We value curiosity over perfection.

We're looking for someone who

• Is a fresh graduate and final-year students are absolutely welcome.
• Is fluent in spoken and written Tamil and English.
• Loves creating content—even if nobody asked them to.
• Has a knack for storytelling and understands what makes content shareable.
• Can write clean, conversational copy.
• Understands internet culture and spends way too much time discovering creators.
• Has a great sense of humour.
• Isn't afraid to try ten ideas knowing nine may fail.
• Has created audio content before (podcasts, radio, YouTube, Instagram, Voicepods, etc.).
• Have worked with audio editing tools.

Bonus points if you

• Have hosted events, spoken on stage or have a distinctive voice.
• Run a meme page, content page or personal creator account.
• Have experimented with AI tools for writing, audio or content creation.

You don't need to have

• A fancy degree.
• Years of experience.
• A perfect portfolio.

We're much more interested in people who have ideas than people who have job titles.
