About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Security & Governance Engineer to design and implement runtime security and governance controls for enterprise AI systems. This role focuses on embedding responsible AI mechanisms directly into production environments through scalable, code-driven solutions rather than policy documentation alone.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI security, governance automation, runtime risk mitigation, and enterprise compliance practices. You will play a key role in safeguarding AI applications against risks such as hallucinations, prompt injection, misuse, and sensitive data leakage while enabling secure AI innovation at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI runtime security controls including:
• Prompt filtering
• Output validation
• Misuse prevention mechanisms
• Runtime guardrails
• Develop automated governance and compliance controls for AI systems
• Build auditability, monitoring, logging, and traceability frameworks for AI workflows
• Create reusable safety and governance patterns across enterprise AI agents and applications
• Identify and mitigate AI-related risks including:
• Hallucinations
• Prompt injection attacks
• Data leakage scenarios
• Unsafe model behaviors
• Implement scalable runtime control systems to improve:
• Security
• Explainability
• Compliance
• Reliability
• Collaborate with engineering, governance, compliance, and security teams to ensure responsible AI deployment
• Proactively identify vulnerabilities, misuse scenarios, and edge cases in AI systems

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in security engineering, governance engineering, or AI security
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and scripting
• Experience working with:
• Security or governance-related systems
• Policy-as-code frameworks
• Rule engines
• Runtime enforcement mechanisms
• Strong understanding of:
• AI hallucinations
• Prompt injection vulnerabilities
• Data leakage risks
• Enterprise AI governance principles
• Compliance and security best practices
• Ability to design and implement scalable runtime controls for AI applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a security-first mindset

Educational Qualification
