Role Description The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing B2B relationships with corporate, commercial, institutional, and distribution partners, primarily in the Faridabad and surrounding areas. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting client meetings and product presentations, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and closing bulk supply deals in line with company targets. The role also involves maintaining ongoing client communication, coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries, and gathering market insights to support sales strategies and product positioning. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records of sales activities, report on performance, and participate in local outreach or networking events to expand the customer base. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in B2B sales, business development, and client relationship management in FMCG, cleaning products, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain product benefits and commercial terms clearly.
- Ability to conduct market research, identify new opportunities, and develop targeted outreach plans for corporate and institutional clients.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, including pipeline tracking, follow-ups, and accurate documentation of sales activities.
- Comfort working on-site and in the field in and around Faridabad, with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or sales reporting software) and email communication.
- Prior experience in bulk or B2B supply environments and familiarity with corporate procurement processes is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
