About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, intelligent, and highly organised professional to work closely with the Founder’s Office at Augmont.
This is a role for someone who can think, structure, write, coordinate, follow through, and use technology smartly to make work move faster.
The ideal person should be comfortable working with senior leadership, understanding business context quickly, converting discussions into clear notes, decks, trackers, decisions, and follow-ups, and bringing structure to fast-moving priorities.
This is not a routine EA role. It is a founder-office role where execution, clarity, discretion, and speed matter.
We are looking for someone who is AI-pro, tech-forward, and sharp enough to use modern tools, productivity apps, and digital workflows to improve quality and reduce manual effort.
Key Responsibilities
Founder’s Office Support
- Work closely with the Founder / Director on business priorities, reviews, meetings, and ongoing initiatives.
- Understand discussions quickly and convert them into clear action points, summaries, trackers, and next steps.
- Coordinate with internal teams, leadership members, external stakeholders, consultants, and partners.
- Ensure important discussions do not remain only as conversations, but move towards closure.
Documentation, Decks & Communication
- Prepare sharp business documents, meeting notes, summaries, proposals, and internal communication.
- Create clean, well-structured presentations for reviews, business discussions, external meetings, and leadership updates.
- Convert rough inputs, voice notes, meeting discussions, and scattered information into structured, usable outputs.
- Maintain organised digital records of key documents, decks, trackers, and decisions.
AI-First Productivity & Research
- Use AI tools, productivity apps, and digital workflows to improve speed, quality, and structure.
- Support research, benchmarking, basic business analysis, and preparation for meetings or decision-making.
- Create crisp briefs, comparison notes, and background material before important discussions.
- Help bring better systems, smarter workflows, and cleaner execution into the Founder’s Office.
Follow-ups & Execution Tracking
- Track founder-level priorities, pending matters, and action items.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate across teams to remove information gaps and execution delays.
- Prepare concise updates for leadership review.
Calendar & Meeting Management
- Manage meetings, schedules, coordination, and day-to-day planning for the Founder / Director.
- Ensure meeting preparedness, including agendas, documents, notes, context, and follow-up points.
- Prioritise meetings and requests smartly, based on business relevance and urgency.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- MBA or management background preferred.
- 4 to 12 years of experience as Executive assistant/last 2-5 years in Founder’s Office, Strategy, Business Operations, Executive Associate, Management Trainee, Consulting, or similar roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent ability to create structured documents, decks, summaries, trackers, and business notes.
- AI-pro, tech-forward, and comfortable using modern productivity tools to work smarter and faster.
- Strong business understanding and ability to grasp context quickly.
- Smart, proactive, discreet, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills, without needing constant reminders.
- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and handling confidential information.
- Must be comfortable working full-time from office.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who brings clarity to chaos.
Someone who can sit in a meeting, understand what matters, ignore what does not, write the right notes, prepare a clean deck, follow up with the right people, and ensure things actually move.
Someone who is polished but not passive, smart but not theoretical, organised but not old-school, and genuinely AI-pro in the way they work.
If you are the kind of person who can bring structure, speed, and intelligence to a founder’s office, this role is for you.
