Description:

About Red Augment Red Augment is a Singapore-based AI product engineering company. We design, build, and run production AI systems end to end: AI, backend, and product under one roof. Our products include RedConcierge and RedVoice, alongside client work for businesses across the US, Europe, and Asia. We are a small, technical team that ships fast and supports everything we deploy. You would be selling a product we built, run, and stand behind, with a founder available on every serious sales call.

The product you'd be selling RedConcierge is an AI concierge for hospitality businesses. It sits on the client's website under their own brand, answers guest questions in their voice, recommends products, captures event leads, and completes real purchases and membership signups inside the chat.

This is not a prototype looking for its first customer. RedConcierge runs live today at paying wineries in Napa Valley, the Santa Cruz Mountains, and the Willamette Valley. Across three deployments in the first eight months of 2026: 55,000+ chat sessions, 11,600+ engaged guest conversations, and 200+ hours of guest conversation handled. Every number is visible to clients in their own metrics portal.

Why this role can pay well Commission on every deal you close, uncapped, plus recurring commission on renewals you originated. Clients stay month over month, so your income compounds instead of resetting to zero every quarter. The market is global and wide open: wineries, distilleries, boutique hotels, resorts, spas, wellness clinics, and specialist retail across the US, UK, EU, Dubai, Singapore, Australia, and beyond. Thousands of properties, and most have never been pitched anything like this. The sales motion is short. There is a USD 99 30-day pilot that goes fully live on the prospect's own site, so you are not selling a promise, you are selling a trial of something they can watch work. Low-friction entry, real product behind it. You sell, we do everything else: demos, deployment, onboarding, support, invoicing, collections. Your time goes into pipeline, not delivery. Full commission structure and tiers are shared in writing on the first call.

What you'll do Identify and reach out to hospitality and premium retail businesses that fit the product, in whichever market you know best Run the sales conversation from first contact to signed pilot or contract Bring us in for technical or pricing discussions; a founder joins every serious call Hand off closed clients to our team for onboarding

Who this fits, and who should not apply We are looking for serious candidates only. This starts as a commission role, but we are hiring for the long term: if it goes well, we would look at converting this into a full-time position. That means we care about quality over volume, and we would rather leave the role unfilled than fill it with the wrong person.

Apply if: You have sold SaaS or software products before and closed real deals. This is a hard requirement. You genuinely enjoy selling and prospect independently without hand-holding You have a network or sales experience in a market you plan to work: hospitality, wine, F&B, events, or premium retail is a strong plus You want income tied to what you close, and the prospect of growing into a bigger role

Do not apply if: You have never sold a SaaS product You are looking for a salaried SDR job with a script and a quota handed to you You plan to send a generic application to fifty companies today. It will show, and it will not be considered. You can be based anywhere: US, UK, EU, Dubai, Singapore, India, or elsewhere.

How to apply Apply with your CV through LinkedIn and answer the screening questions. On the first page of your CV, or in a short note attached to it, cover three things: which SaaS product you sold and to whom, one deal you closed and how you closed it, and which market you would sell RedConcierge into and why you would win there.

Applications missing these three points will not be considered.
