Role Summary


We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Intern to support lead generation, outreach, and early-stage customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone who has excellent communication skills, enjoys speaking with people, and is eager to learn how technology sales works in a fast-paced startup environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and research potential customers, prospects, and target markets.
  • Support outbound outreach through email, calls, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
  • Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings or product discussions for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, and follow-ups in tracking systems.
  • Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and follow-up communication.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to understand the value proposition and messaging.
  • Represent the company professionally in all written and verbal interactions.


Required Qualifications


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with prospects and team members.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, presentation tools, and online research tools.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Prior internship, campus ambassador, or customer-facing experience is a plus.
  • Interest in B2B technology, SaaS, APIs, or enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales workflows is an advantage.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
