Role Overview
The Manager – Audit & Compliance will lead day-to-day audit and compliance operations for the firm's client portfolio, exercising independent technical judgment on routine and moderately complex matters while escalating high-risk or contentious items to the partner. This role is designed to reduce partner-level involvement in operational execution, freeing up partner time for client development, high-value advisory work, and firm strategy.

Decision Authority
- Routine GST/TDS/income tax return approvals
- Standard audit checklist sign-offs
- Staff work allocation and routine performance feedback
- Client query resolution on non-contentious matters
