Architectural Designer / Draftsperson (AutoCAD)

Australian Residential Projects | 1–3 Years Experience

Orakor, an Australian-based company with an office in Angamaly, Kerala, is looking for Architects, Architectural Designers, and Draftspersons with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team delivering residential projects for leading Australian home builders.

What You'll Do

• Prepare architectural working drawings and construction documentation using AutoCAD
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings
• Work in accordance with Australian residential drafting standards
• Collaborate with a talented team delivering live Australian residential projects 

Whom We're Looking For

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture
• Civil Engineering graduates with strong architectural drafting experience are also encouraged to apply
• 1–3 years of experience in architectural design or drafting
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
• Good understanding of architectural working drawings and construction documentation
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
