Role Overview The Delivery Manager is responsible for end-to-end staffing delivery , ensuring that healthcare professionals (nurses, physicians, allied health staff) are sourced, vetted, and placed efficiently to meet client demands. 🔹 Key Responsibilities 1. Client & Delivery Management Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients in the U.S. Understand staffing needs (e.g., RNs, LPNs, therapists, travel nurses) Ensure timely fulfillment of job orders Maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction 2. Team Leadership Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and account managers Assign job requisitions and monitor team performance Conduct regular performance reviews and training 3. Recruitment Oversight Oversee sourcing strategies (job portals, databases, referrals) Ensure candidates meet compliance requirements (licenses, certifications, background checks) Maintain high submission-to-placement ratios 4. Process & Quality Control Ensure adherence to U.S. healthcare regulations (like HIPAA basics, credentialing standards) Track KPIs: time-to-fill, submission rate, interview ratio, placements Improve delivery processes and reduce turnaround time 5. Stakeholder Coordination Work with sales/account teams for new requirements Coordinate with onboarding, compliance, and payroll teams Handle escalations and resolve delivery issues 🔹 Required Skills Core Skills Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare staffing (travel nursing, locum tenens, allied staffing) Team management and leadership Client handling and communication (often with U.S. clients) Knowledge of ATS/CRM tools (like Bullhorn, VMS platforms such as Fieldglass, AMN, etc.) Soft Skills Problem-solving mindset Ability to work in ni
