About Spirezen:

Spirezen Enterprises Pvt Ltd is a Coimbatore-based multi-vertical company spanning digital marketing and branding (TheDaleDigiNova), MUN conferences and leadership training (TheDaleMUN), communication and digital-skills workshops (TheDaleWordweft), enterprise SaaS (Spirezen ERP, Finance Manager), and recruitment and outreach (Clout Circle). We build and ship our own web platforms and internal tools, and we're looking for a hands-on MERN developer to help scale them.

Role Summary:

We're hiring a combined Graphics Designer & Video Editor to own all visual content — static and video — across Spirezen's verticals.

You'll design social media graphics and brand collateral, and also edit reels, promotional videos, and event footage from a single seat, working closely with the Content Writer, PRO, and Marketing Team Lead.


Key Responsibilities:

Design social media graphics (Instagram posts, stories, carousels, LinkedIn posts) across Spirezen's brands on a regular publishing cadence. Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn video) and long-form content (event recaps, testimonials, webinars) from raw footage and scripts.

Create marketing collateral — brochures, posters, banners, presentation decks, and event materials.

Design branded templates and maintain reusable video/graphic assets to speed up recurring content production.

Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and color correction/grading to match each brand's style.

Maintain and apply brand guidelines (colors, typography, logo usage) consistently across all static and video output.

Collaborate with the Content Writer and PRO to translate scripts, copy, and campaign briefs into finished visuals and edits.

Repurpose long-form footage and content into multiple short-form social assets (both graphic and video). Prepare export-ready files in the correct formats/sizes for each platform (social, print, web).

Take feedback and iterate quickly on designs and edits based on input from the Marketing Team Lead or founder.

Organize and maintain a clean library of design assets, footage, templates, and source files.


Required Skills:

Design Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator, or Figma/Canva Pro for production work Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Video Editing Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or After Effects Strong sense of pacing and rhythm for short-form social video, plus basic color grading and sound mixing.

Working Style Ability to work from a brief (written or scripted) with minimal back-and-forth.

Comfortable switching between design and video tasks across multiple concurrent requests.

Strong sense of brand consistency across a growing volume of both static and video output.


Good to Have:

Motion graphics/animation skills (After Effects) to bridge static design and video Experience filming/shooting content in addition to editing.

Experience designing/editing for SaaS, education, or B2B consulting brands Experience with event, workshop, or conference footage (relevant to TheDaleMUN).

Familiarity with Canva Brand Kits or shared design systems for team handoff.

Qualifications:

Diploma/degree in Design, Media, Film, or related field (or a strong portfolio in lieu of formal education) 1–3 years of experience across both graphic design and video editing for social/marketing use.

A combined portfolio/reel demonstrating range across social graphics, collateral, and short- and long-form video edits is required.

Working hours: 09:00 AM – 6:30 PM IST (availability during these hours required for team coordination) Employment type: Full-time
