Co‑Founder & CTO (SaaS) - Early Revenue stage Startup

The Right Hand (Official Google Partner) is building a next‑generation SaaS platform with features like API integration, CRM, IVR, and employee tracking. We are committed to transforming providers operations with innovation and discipline. Role Overview: We are seeking a hands‑on technical co‑founder who has already developed complete product projects from scratch and can lead technology strategy. This is not a side project—it requires full dedication and daily collaboration with the team. Key Responsibilities: Build and scale mobile apps and web applications end‑to‑end. Architect and integrate APIs, CRM modules, and IVR systems. Lead technical team, enforce coding standards, and ensure daily progress. Work in‑person with the team for at least 9 hours/day, 6 days/week. Must‑Have Expertise: Proven track record of developing complete product projects (not just modules). Strong app & web development skills (React, Nest JS, Postgresql, MongoDB). CRM customisation, API integration, and IVR setup (MSG91,Twilio/Exotel). SaaS architecture and compliance knowledge. Cloud/DevOps (AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD pipelines, security). Commitment & Compensation: Expectation: 9 hrs/day, 6 days/week, with structured daily updates. Compensation: 20% Equity stake + Monthly stipend). This is a co‑founder role, not a regular job.
