With a strong international presence and advanced technology, we’re now expanding rapidly in India’s growing solar + ESS market — and we’re looking for a Channel Sales Manager to help us build lasting partnerships and drive growth.


💼 What You’ll Do

  • Build and grow distribution networks across India for solar inverters, battery storage, and hybrid systems.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage local partners, EPCs, and system integrators.
  • Deliver on sales targets and expand our market presence.
  • Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities to shape strategy.
  • Work closely with technical support and marketing teams to ensure partner success.
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
  • Report on sales performance and provide market feedback to HQ.


🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Business.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in channel/distribution sales in the solar or energy storage sector(Especially sales experience in string inverters).
  • Proven track record in B2B sales & partner management.
  • Strong understanding of India’s renewable energy ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or regional languages a plus).
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for green energy 🌱.
