Job Description

The Incident Response Analyst is part of the front line of our Cyber Threat Intelligence and Incident Response team, responsible for providing Endava with high fidelity, actionable cyber threat intelligence and specialist incident response capabilities.

Strong knowledge of the latest security threats, industry standard incident response methodologies, and investigation techniques is expected. Candidates should also demonstrate adaptability, knowledge of both incident response and cyber threat intelligence, and an eagerness to learn emerging threat actor tactics, tools and techniques.

Responsibilities:


· Act as a key responder during security incidents, supporting containment, eradication and recovery activities.

· Perform detailed investigation and analysis of security alerts, intrusions and malware using EDR, SIEM and forensic tooling.

· Support post-incident reviews, identifying root cause, control gaps and lessons learned.

· Coordinate with SOC, CTI, IT, legal and third-party providers during incidents to ensure timely and effective response

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Experience:

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced People Operations Associate to join our organization. As the People Ops Associate, you will be responsible for executing process of human resources operations, ensuring superior employee experience and efficient functioning of HR processes and systems. You will play a critical role in managing people data, and processes such as onboarding, separation, employee life cycle, leaves and attendance etc. The ideal candidate should possess process orientation skills, an eye for detail, a thorough understanding of People Ops practices.


    Skills:

    • Managing all Employee Lifecyle transactions with accuracy and timeliness
    • Employee data and process management on HRMS (preferably Darwinbox)
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR workflows and improve efficiency

    Technical Expertise

    • You have a strong understanding of Core Banking systems, regulatory compliance, and risk management
    • You are proficient in JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration
    • You are skilled in work breakdown structures, Excel data analysis, and presenting insights clearly using PowerPoint
    • You hold professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent; Scrum Master certification is advantageous
    • You have exposure to Core Banking platforms such as Temenos T24, Finacle, or Flexcube is advantageous
    • You are familiar with SDLC and Agile methodologies
    • You have knowledge of functional domains such as Payments or Loans, or technical areas such as architecture design or Java coding is advantageous
