Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities
  • Experience in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Workflows/Flow Designer
  • Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other enterprise integration methods
  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow data model, tables, forms, and platform architecture
  • Hands-on experience in Service Portal, UI customization, and usability improvements
  • Experience supporting or developing solutions across modules such as:
  • ITSM
  • CMDB
  • Discovery
  • SecOps
  • ITOM
  • CSM
