Must-Have Skills

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in SAP CAR
• Good experience in supporting SAP CAR landscape
• Experience in minimum 2 end-to-end SAP CAR implementations
• Strong exposure to POS DTA
• Experience in integration of SAP CAR with different systems
• Good understanding of retail data flow and transaction processing
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional and support teams

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in S/4HANA implementation
• SAP CAR certification
• Exposure to retail SAP landscapes
• Experience in incident support, enhancements, and system monitoring
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
