📍 Bengaluru

💰 Salary: 30,000 INR


3M Media Works is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who understands how to scale brands through data-driven digital campaigns and strategic media buying.


We’re looking for someone who can think analytically, execute campaigns efficiently, and optimize performance across multiple advertising platforms.


What we’re looking for:

• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads

• Experience with Performance Marketing & Paid Campaign Strategy

• Ability to optimize campaigns based on KPIs and analytics

• Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting & conversion funnels

• Experience with campaign reporting and ROI analysis

• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and platform best practices


Bonus if you have:

• Experience working with multiple brands or agency environments

• Basic understanding of creatives, landing pages & conversion design

• Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, or automation workflows
