Role Description:

This is a part-time, on-site (home tuition) role based in Bengaluru. As a Tutor at Tutorzila, you will be responsible for delivering personalised, one-on-one science instruction at the student’s home. Your primary focus will be to help students understand key science concepts, build confidence, and improve academic performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home tutoring sessions for students in Grades 1st-10th at student's location.
  • Prepare and deliver structured, engaging lesson plans.
  • Tailor instruction based on each student’s learning style and academic level
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly
  • Provide feedback and strategies for improvement
  • Encourage curiosity and a strong foundation in scientific thinking


Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in various science subjects
  • Experience in tutoring and creating customised lesson plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
  • Passion for teaching and helping students succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, or a related field
  • Prior experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred
