Role Overview:
We are hiring a Research Associate who excels at finding information others can’t. This role is focused on deep internet research, data discovery, and insight generation rather than traditional recruitment.
If you enjoy digging into the web, connecting dots, and building structured data from scattered information, this role will suit you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth online research to identify relevant data, people, companies, and insights
- Use advanced search techniques (Google, Boolean logic, AI tools) to uncover hard-to-find information
- Analyze and organize unstructured data into clear, usable formats
- Validate and verify information for accuracy and completeness
- Build and maintain structured databases and reports
- Perform industry research, competitor analysis, and market mapping
- Support internal teams with high-quality research outputs
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent internet research skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and sourcing
- Ability to think logically and connect information from multiple sources
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and online tools
- Basic understanding of how to structure and present data
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in research, data analysis, or similar roles
- Familiarity with AI tools and research platforms
- Exposure to global markets or business research
