JOB Opening Details.

We are seeking a Technically proficient Sales Executive to drive the growth of our Enterprise Solutions portfolio to work closely with major technology OEMs (e.g., Dell, Cisco, HPE, Hitachi, NetApp, IBM, CommScope, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Microsoft, and Red Hat) to register deals, obtain competitive pricing, and secure technical support to address a wide range of B2B customer requirements such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, engineering, transportation, and banking and finance sectors by building & Maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CIO, CTOs, IT Managers, Procurement Heads and Finance.


Designation: Technical Sales Executive. (Customer Account Management)

Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B technical sales, IT infrastructure sales, or corporate account management.


Salary: Up to 8 LPA + performance-linked incentive structure.


1.     Regular training and certifications directly from leading IT hardware OEMs.

2.     Career progression into Senior Account Management or Business Development Head roles.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • On-site Customer Meetings & Relationship activity.
  • Managing Sales & Account Management (Steps to perform: Pipeline Generation, OEM Collaboration, Relationship Management)
  • Technical & Specification Matching (Steps to perform: Requirement Analysis, Compliance Verification, Bill of Materials, Commercial preparation, PO, Payment)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • New customer acquisition and Onboarding.
  • Quarterly and Annual Sales/Revenue Targets.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding communication abilities both in writing and speaking.
  • Deep understanding of Enterprise Servers, Storage architectures, Networking Switches, and structured cabling solutions.
  • Experience using AI tools.
  • Strong negotiation, technical presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to translate dense technical into clear business value.
  • Good problem-solving and organizing abilities.

 Graduation / Post-Graduation in Sales
