About the role
Ecoright is a consumer brand company building sustainable, design-led products across a few brands — bags and lifestyle goods, plus jewellery. We're small, which means things get decided and shipped fast.
This role works directly with the founders. You'll help run the internal programs that keep things moving, track the projects that actually matter, and dig into research whenever we need to understand something before making a call. It's a wide role on purpose. Some weeks you're deep in a product launch; other weeks you're fixing a broken process or pulling together market research.

What you'll do
- Keep important projects on track across brands and teams — timelines, owners, follow-ups, the stuff that usually slips through the cracks.
- Run internal programs from start to finish: process improvements, cross-team initiatives, one-off bets the founder wants to test.
- Research whatever question is open that week — competitors, suppliers, markets, tools — and turn it into something we can act on.
- Sit in on planning and reviews, then make sure what got decided actually happens.
- Notice what's slowing us down and fix it without waiting to be asked.
Who we're looking for
- 1–3 years of work experience. Your background matters less than how you think and how quickly you move.
- Genuinely organized. You can hold a dozen threads at once and not drop any.
- Comfortable not knowing the answer and going to find it. Quick to pick up new tools.
- A clear writer who can take something messy and make it make sense.
- Wants to hustle and grow, and is fine with the ambiguity that comes with a small team.
Nice to have
- Exposure to consumer brands, retail, D2C, or manufacturing.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and basic data.
- Any experience using AI tools to get more done.
